Client Services Assistant

 

A DIFC based global investment manager that focuses on generating value across various real estate sectors and strategies is looking for a Client Services Assistant to join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities

​

Include but are not limited to:

 

• Client queries and replies in both English and Arabic

• Creation and review of English and Arabic marking material, press releases and social media posts

• KYC (Know Your Client documentation):

- Assist with client onboarding: Reviewing KYC provided by Relationship Managers to ensure all has been received and        follow up on any missing documentation

- To help with the review of all current KYC files to ensure all files are complete and all documents are up to date

- Assist with regulatory KYC reviews

- Assist with the coordination of the screening process

• Assist with the tracking of Relationship Manager activities

• Monitor which prospects have sent queries and which have had a response/which are outstanding

• Assist with the follow ups of Relationship Managers, to ensure they are sending their bookbuilds and entering their meetings into the CRM system on me

• Assist with ongoing Placement Report creation and analysis

• Maker/checker for distribution me – Assist with checking investor names, bank account details and amounts

• Assist with CRM update following receipt of subscription commitments and funds

• Assist with all relevant forms to be sent to clients once onboarded/funds are received etc.

• Assist with the creation and update of Register of Members/Share Certificates for each investment

• Assist with website content updates

• Assist with the monitoring

Requirements

​

• English & Arabic mandatory - must be able to read, write and speak both

• Microsoft Office proficient

• Excellent communication skills mandatory

• Real estate investment background preferable
